party for gen & darren

gen and darren came from minneapolis for the thanksgiving holiday and we were so happy to see them! natalie and justin threw a party in their honor. we are sad to not see them more often but we are really looking forward to our next visit!

thanksgiving at nonna and papas was delicious. stella was a bit on the tired side but she managed to stay up to meet her cousins ohene and ofeibia. we are so thankful this year for our healthy happy stella! many more turkey days to come.

last weekend we had brunch at the girard-maxon's. it was a morning of all mamas and babies, quite a lot of fun. stella got to play with the big girls and meet some new tiny little friends. while we were there, we even found out that rebecca had her new baby, tolman! YAY! great food, good friends and delightful news...what a sunday.

6 months!

stella is 6 months today and we are so excited! its incredible to think what has happened in these past 6 months. stella is now rolling over tons, sitting up, starting to scoot around, eating lots of yummy solids, saying dadadada, and joyously shrieking at the top of her lungs. everyday is a wonderful surprise with this little star. i took some new photos of her on the polka dot rug, same as when she was just a few weeks old. i am going to try to continue to take a photo of her on this background every 6 months, so we can see her growth and changes. thanks for tuning in....

nonna's birthday

we celebrated nonna's birthday at enoteca molinari and the new chef cooked us a wonderful meal. stella got to hang out with uncle mo and auntie di and many of her cousins. it was a fun night and the food was delizioso. buon compleanno nonna!

senior show

auntie lulu had her senior show last night and it was amazing! we are so proud of her. stella really enjoyed looking at all the art pieces and seeing lots of friends and family at the reception. we even got to go hang out at enoteca molinari (uncle joe's wine bar) for a little wine and yummy italian apps... what a great night. congrats to auntie lulu!
