let's party!

we had a good 'ol time last weekend partying for stella's first birthday! everyone came out to the park below my parents house and we bbq'd and soaked up the little bit of sun that we got. stella was having a ball, eating her first chocolate cupcake, and socializing with all her pals. for a one year old, this girl sure does have a lot of friends already!
thanks for coming everyone... and a very happy birthday to stella and to rocco!

yes yes y'all... our little stella is already 1! we are continuing the tradition of photographing her on the polka dot rug and that is definitely posing to be more difficult the older she gets, can you tell? stella is now standing, walking with some aid, laughing, dancing, and crawling around everywhere. she has an eye for details, likes to read books and says dada, doggy, uh-oh, that (sounds like dat), and hi. she likes to give high-five and when you say where is stella, she points to herself, ha. she is a crack up and we truly enjoy every moment with her. she is our star! happy birthday stella.

our good friend tasha graduated from cca! she interned at dwell in her last semester and i got to see her a ton which was super fun. we are very proud of her and happy to say that she will be working with our good buddy justin at dialhouse! congrats tasha, we had so much fun celebrating with you, as seen by these pics.
